Olivia Zabell was born with a clear interest in not a specific genre of music but in all music which entertains and exhibits a clear message in what it needs to do. 

Influenced by the Melbourne House scene she tried her hand at playing at various bars to learn her new trade.

Moving to Bristol in 2004 she launched Pure, a fresh new club night held at Manhattan with all the best DJ's from the local scene always on the line up. 

Olivia's quest did not stop at keeping everything she had learnt to herself, as she passed on her knowledge to under 12's in DJ, and music workshop sessions organized by the local council.

In July 2006 DirtyBlue was launched with Olivia installed as resident. 
The monthly event draws in 400 people at Arc Bar Bristol and the successful night is having a dramatic effect on the local scene. 
Dirty Blue has given Olivia a chance to flex her muscles warming up for various guests such as Stu Hirst from Steve Lawler's Viva label, NoNo from the custard factory Birmingham and Steve Payne- TCP Recordings. 

In terms of her music expect Funky minimal techno, uplifting progressive & Dirty House, all with a certain amount of grit you don't usually get from female DJ's.
