Lisa Evans starts performing in 1994 on the French Riviera under the name of Miss Naïve, playing dance music, groove and funk. Later changing to house music, she joins the Limelight's team for some big events at Palm Beach in Cannes, gathering over than 2000 clubbers. In the late 90's Miss Naïve changes her name to Miss Joli Dragon and she integrates the label Pink Music to organise more parties and to work on releases for the label. Her style broadens to techno and she starts travelling in France and around the world, from Ibiza to Tokyo, from Burlington to Montreal for house and techno events. 
In 2004 she gets a residency at Minimal Club on the French Riviera where she plays a sensual electro house music nearby prestigious guests like Alex Kid, Da Fresh, Fabrice Lig or Technasia. Summer 2005 is a decisive turning point in Joli Dragon’s career : more and more requested, she goes to China for a Space’s Ibiza tour and flies several times to Germany where she gets the clubbers admiration. Her electro sets become more melodic and in this spirit Joli Dragon produces “Bi-polaire” with Kiko (International Deejays Gigolo, Hot Banana, Goodlife...) under the name of Lisa Evans, track to be released in Febuary 2006 on the new label M Convene from JD Davis, remixed by Kiko and Yves Larock.
