Profile
If ever there was a girl who knew how to party, it was Miss Deckstress – and with her box of mind-blowing tunes she’ll have you going absolutely mental as soon as you hear the first beat of the absolutely filthy electro, techno & breaks this little lady spins. But Miss Deckstress doesn’t simply mix tunes – she makes every single cell in your body tingle with joy until you can’t help but dance like a complete mentalist. No matter how big or small the crowd, she puts her life & soul into every single set, and her ability to instinctively select the perfect tune at the perfect time leaves people screaming for more every time.
It’s easy to see that Miss Deckstress is incredibly passionate about music – the way she bounces around behind the decks is a true testament to this, and within moments it’s guaranteed that you’ll be infected with her energy too!
Miss Deckstress has a weekly radio show on London's 98.1 Passion FM from 10pm till Midnight each & every Tuesday night, and her impressive sets have lead to promoters asking her to play at their events time and time again. As well as building up a name for herself in the UK, Miss Deckstress is also set to hit Europe in the summer – so brace yourselves for Miss Deckstress and her box of dirty, filthy music!
Making tunes is as much of a love for Miss Deckstress as playing them and currenlty she is working on a range projects, producing material from filthy electro beats to epic orchestral breakbeat tracks. She is due to start working on an album project very soon, in which she plans to incorporate many elements of music, from rock to classical, blending them into her own unique style of dance music.
Not simply content with DJing and producing, she also sings and writes songs under the name Liz Cirelli. She's been writing since the age of 13, and has a voice so sweet it makes honey taste like a sour grape! In 2003 Liz Cirelli released a vocal trance single with Kiss100 DJ Graham Gold - Corderoy's "Sweetest Dreams" (Relative Records). She's also had the great pleasure of working with Ferry Corsten in his studio in Holland, and is currently working on vocals for Adam White.
All that taken into account, 2006 looks set to be an exciting year for this fun-loving little DJ – so be warned…Miss Deckstress may be coming to a club near you very soon…!
