Carolyne Nasty has now been on the music scene for over 5 years. Her unique 
mixing ability has helped her work her way up the ladder and has earned 
herself plenty of respect along the way. Her first gigs came from working 
with the BBC, doing work from playing at Hull City Hall to Live Radio sets, 
interviews and promotions at summer events in dance tents around the city. 
From here she was soon snapped up by Hull's promoters who gave her a weekly 
residency at The Room on Thursdays leading her into regular sets at the 
super-fast super-famous Eat Your Words and also Fully Charged!. This gave 
Nasty her first chance to really shine and prove that her sincere passion 
for music is portrayed in all her sets along with a natural ability to work 
her crowd.
From here there was no stopping this passionate DJ. After getting more 
various gigs in and out of Hull, her ambition threw her into the arms of 2 
new nights called 'Substance' and 'Timeless'. Apart from bouncing around as 
resident DJ behind the decks, Nasty was also creator and editor of the 
monthly Substance newsletter.
Sadly, these events eventually came to an end and it was time to pack up her 
talent and take it further. Soon Carolyne Nasty found her next residency at 
Pure House at the Rhythm Room every Thursday. After only a month of this 
event running, along with the other Bad Girlz they managed to pack the club 
out every week with full on fun and funk!. Now she is very well established 
up north with regular sets at Euphoria and with bookings for Lets Av It and 
Rob Tissera's Kiss Da Funk. Carolyne has also graced the decks at 
prestigious locations such as Electrowerks in London, Foundation in 
Wakefield and at Housewives Choice in Leeds.
Carolyne Nasty is one red hot DJ and her career will soon be taking the
